Icie M. Goodwin is a retired Contact Specialist, previously employed by the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. She has been President of Concerned Neighbors, Inc. (CNI) for several years. CNI is a Charter Member of the Gateway Coalition. She is a Life member of the National Council of Negro Women (Metropolitan Chapter) and a member of the Washington Urban League. |
